CARNIVAL OF HARLEQUINS

The performance Carnival of Harlequins is dedicated to commedia dell'arte, which was popular on courts and squares of Europe for nearly two centuries. The audience is invited to a journey to renaissance Italy and baroque France to see among others a birth of the most famous masks of commedia dell'arte – the Arlekin.  The performance is full of authentic historic choreographies, as well as authorial dance compositions.
