And there is much to show indeed! The Festival, which debuted in 2000, and since then gained acclaim both in Poland and across Europe, is the most photographed event in the city. And this is no surprise that beautiful costumes and the mastery of dancers from all over the world attract photographers.
On the occasion of the 20th anniversary edition of the Festival, Tomasz KorczyĆski, this exhibition's curator, decided to present not only his own work, but also works of photographers who have been documenting the event through the years. Many editions of the 'Cracovia Danza' Court Dance Festival, photographed from multiple angles and perspectives, across many years, have one connecting theme: colours. Their diversity lies in the richness of tones and temperature of colours. Join us on the journey through the colours of dance!
The vernissage of the exhibition, together with the press briefing for the 20th edition of the 'Cracovia Danza' Court Dance Festival, will be held on Thursday, 11 July, at 13.00. Please feel invited!
