DANCES AND PLAYS OF THE MIDDLE AGES

The performances takes the audience on a journey to the middle ages where in various courts of Europe troubadour poetry flourishes, the ladies' elegance is on full display, and the knights' courtly love is in evidence. Through specific scenes-cum-vignettes framed in May gardens, the audience is introduced to old court entertainments, customs and dances. Fascinating stories and characters of the medieval period transport the viewer into an extraordinary and fabulous realm where cultures of the West and the Orient interweave.
