Ballet des nations

Ballet des Nations (Ballet of Nations) is a dance and music performance which brings back the Baroque tradition of presenting dances of different nations. Created by artists from Poland, the Czech Republic and the Slovak Republic who specialize in early music and historical dance, the performance familiarizes the audience with the music and dance repertoire of Central Europe of the mid-18th century. At the same time it shows inspirations and fascinations of western composers with the dances and culture of the countries of Central Europe.
